As a company, we buy, sell and rent properties in the Dayton, Ohio and surrounding areas. We have upcoming rentals but always need more. If you need to sell we can make you an offer and if we can't buy your property, we can refer you to one of our partners who can.
Currently we are buying single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes & apartments. They can be vacant or occupied, fixed up or in needing repairs. Depending on the condition, location and a few other factors determines how much we can offer.
Every property is different. For some we do and others we do not. The ability to offer Section 8 housing typically requires inspections and repair costs that may or may not be feasible. Please contact us for information on specific properties.
Most of the homes we buy are kept as rentals but occasionally we will sell them depending on the type of property it is. If you have a unique situation or real estate need, please reach out.
