As a company, we advertise properties for rent and for sale in the Dayton Ohio area. We have access to local contractors, real estate agents/brokers and property managers for those that need help fixing, leasing, or managing their properties. For any owners that wish to sell, we can purchase houses, multifamily properties and apartments by making direct, private offers.

Currently we offer single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes and apartment units for rent. Our inventory changes as new homes become available so please check back or contact us regarding your specific needs. 

Every owner and every rental home is different. For some, yes it is offered and for others it is not. The ability to offer Section 8 housing typically requires inspections and repair costs that may or may not be feasible for the property owner.

We sell a variety of our own properties including single family homes, multifamily properties and residential apartments. Occasionally we will list other types of properties on our site by outside owners, which may include vacant land, commercial or other types of real estate. 

We are a newer company with limited properties to offer at the moment. If you know of anyone that wants to list their rental on our website or that needs to sell a property, please contact us. More options will become available as units turn over and our listing inventory grows. 

At the moment we do not charge for listing properties on our website. All inquiries on website-listed properties are redirected to that owner or owner's property manager. We may change this in the future depending on several factors. 

We do not currently offer property management for outside owners. However, we can recommend you to a local company, who you can then contact directly about their fees/pricing, terms and conditions. We are not licensed property managers but we may consider offering this as a service in the future.
